1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products from Digital Alchemy. 1.2 By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to engage in e‑commerce transactions in your jurisdiction and are not prohibited from using our Services under applicable law.

2. Account Registration
2.1 You may make purchases as a guest without creating an account. 2.2 If you elect to register, you must provide an accurate email address, choose a secure password, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. 2.3 You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities.

3. Products and Pricing
3.1 Digital Alchemy offers five tiers of preconfigured personal computers assembled from custom components. Detailed specifications and pricing for each tier are displayed on our website. 3.2 All prices are in the currency indicated at checkout and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, unless expressly stated otherwise. 3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods listed on our website. We reserve the right to add or remove payment options at our discretion. 3.4 We will endeavor to ship your order within twenty‑four (24) hours of payment confirmation and to complete delivery within two (2) business days for domestic orders. International delivery times may vary.

4. Modification of Offerings
4.1 Digital Alchemy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product tier, specification, price, or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. 4.2 Orders placed prior to any such modification shall be fulfilled at the terms and prices in effect at the time of order placement.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer
5.1 We warrant that each system sold will be free from material defects in parts and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. 5.2 This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accident, unauthorized alteration, or external causes. 5.3 Except as expressly provided herein, the Services are provided "as is" and Digital Alchemy disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Digital Alchemy and is protected by intellectual property laws. 6.2 No license to use any of our trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted works is granted by these Terms.

7. Suspension and Termination
7.1 Digital Alchemy may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or cancel pending orders, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct. 7.2 Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately.

8. Indemnification
8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Alchemy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Alchemy’s total liability for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Digital Alchemy in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 9.2 In no event shall Digital Alchemy be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Digital Alchemy may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website and updating the "Last Revised" date. 10.2 Your continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 11.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
